The Katana + Twang Noiseless Tele Set combines the power of a high-output mini humbucker at the bridge with the classic, articulate character of a noiseless pickup at the neck, creating an extremely versatile Telecaster setup.
At the bridge, the Katana Tele features a Ceramic 8 magnet for high output, fast attack, strong mids and excellent definition even under high gain. At approximately 17.7kΩ, it is an excellent choice for Rock, Hard Rock and Metal while retaining clarity and articulation for heavy riffs and lead tones.
At the neck, the Twang Noiseless Tele uses Alnico 5 to deliver a more traditional, full and smooth response while preserving the classic personality of a Telecaster without the hum associated with conventional single coils.
The result is a Telecaster setup capable of moving from clean, Blues and classic Rock tones to Hard Rock and Metal while maintaining clarity and virtually silent operation.
The Katana features 4-conductor wiring, allowing series, parallel and coil-split configurations with Push-Pull switching for even greater tonal versatility.
